All Reservations are subject to the following policies:
Hosted check-in time is between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. NO CHECK-INS AFTER 6:00 PM UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE IN ADVANCE. (PLEASE CALL THE INN.)
Check-out time is 10:30 a.m.
Accommodations - Prices are based upon double occupancy and include a full breakfast. Each room has a private bath with clawfoot tub with shower. Several rooms have private balconies or porches. One room has a king-size bed. The remaining rooms have a single queen-size bed. Some rooms have a Celeste fireplace. All rooms have independently- controlled central air conditioning/heat. There are no TVs in the Inn or the rooms. Rates range from $101 to $170 a night, double occupancy and are subject to applicable taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice, except for advance deposit reservations. Please note: we accept reservations for specific rooms, but reserve the right to change to a comparable or upgraded room.
Reservations - A deposit equal to a minimum of one night's room rate, or 50% of the entire stay's rate, whichever is greater, is required at reservation time; the balance is due upon check-in. Long holiday weekends require a three night minimum stay; weekdays and weekends between May 1 and November 1 require a two night minimum stay.
A confirmed reservation obligates both the Folkestone Inn and the guest for the entire length of the stay reserved. Please note: we accept reservations for specific rooms, but reserve the right to change to a comparable or upgraded room.
Cancellations - While we appreciate that there are many reasons to cancel, we are only able to refund your deposit (less a $50.00 processing fee) in the event that we are able to resell the room. If we do not resell your reservation, we will hold your deposit for one year to be used toward a future stay with us. Deposit will then be forfeited if you do not rebook and stay with us in that one year time period. Any cancellation made on the day of arrival, or early check out will incur full charges for all nights reserved.

Payments - We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover cards, and cash.
Damages - Guests are responsible for payment of damages made to either the Inn or room furnishings. This includes any excessive cleaning fees. Charges to cover the replacement of damaged items will be applied against the guest's credit or debit card.
Gift Certificates - Gift certificates are good for one year from date of purchase. There are no refunds on gift certificates.
Sorry, no children under 18.
Our inn is romantic, quiet, relaxing and is best suited for adults only.
THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.
Pets – Sorry, pets are not allowed.
