The "Wildflower" Room — Stems and Petals is tucked away in a hidden nook on the main floor, just off the parlor. It has a queen bed and the room opens onto a large, private covered porch on the south side of the Inn. The room is decorated with flowered wallpaper and wildflower prints, inspired by the many wildflowers that bloom in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park throughout the year.

Private bath with old-fashioned clawfoot tub with shower. Hair dryer and herbal soap, shampoo, and bubble bath. Central air conditioning, with independent controls. Plantation shutters. Comfy robes, a CD player, and a copy of “Day Hikes of the Smokies” to enjoy while you are staying with us. So that all guests can experience the rest and relaxation they came for, we do not have televisions at the Inn.

$140 (double occupancy)

Long holidays weekends require a three night minimum stay; weekends between May 1 and November 1 require a two night minimum stay. Shorter stays may become available, however, so please don't hesitate to call when you have a spur-of-the-moment urge to escape to the mountains for a relaxing vacation. Also, the minimum stay requirement is removed one day before the calendar date.

As always, Kirby and I had a wonderful and relaxing week-end. We love being in Stems & Petals. The porch with the rockers slows us down and helps us remember the important things. See you next year!!!
